1. Ordering, price, and pre-order time
Pre-order an antipasto platter using the online form, pick it up from Il Puro, and serve – we will take care of the flavors.
Price: 11 € / person
Minimum order: 5 people
Portions are packed and ready to serve
Orders must be placed at least two business days before the requested pickup time.
For a pickup in two business days, please place your order by 18.00.

2. Payment and pickup
The antipasto platter is picked up from Lapland Hotels Oulu and paid for upon pickup.
If the agreed pickup time is within Il Puro’s opening hours, the platter can be collected there. At other times, you can collect your platter from the hotel reception.
3. Packaging, storage, and serving
The platter is pre-assembled on a disposable, food-safe serving dish and protected with a transparent lid. The platter is ready to be placed straight onto the table.
Keep the platter refrigerated until pickup and serving. For the best flavor, take the platter out of the refrigerator about 30–60 minutes before serving.
We recommend enjoying the platter on the day of pickup, but when kept cold, it remains at its best until the following day at the latest.
What does the platter include?
Our antipasto platter includes a selection of pre-sliced Italian cold cuts, cheeses, house focaccia, marinated vegetables, olives, and other delicacies based on the season and availability.
The platter is portioned as an appetizer or for snacking. If it serves as the main dish, we recommend ordering a slightly larger amount.
The delicacies are packed in a box that is easy to transport and can also be used as a serving dish if needed. The price of the antipasto platter is 11 € / person.
